He makes sure you know what’s going on and makes the whole process so easy. He was a rockstar when we had a 9 day closing window from the seller and got everything taken care of for us to close on time. 5 stars isn’t enough to rate him. I will definitely recommend everyone to him for a lender.

Working with Zach as our mortgage advisor was fantastic from beginning to end! We were first time homebuyers and he was able to really effectively educate us on all loan possibilities so we were able to see what route would be best for us with the best rate/monthly payment, and that was all on day one. During the house hunting process, he was readily available to run numbers on properties we were interested in putting in offers for, allowing us to make informed decisions quickly. Once we were in escrow, he was on top of giving us updates and explaining each step of the process. At one point, we were one step away from getting a clear to close but we were getting held up for days by the seller lagging on something. Zach took it upon himself to find a way to get what was needed without the seller, avoiding further delay on closing. We generally try not to contact outside of business hours, however during the home buying process, sometimes time sensitive things come up at odd hours and Zach was always immediately responsive via text or call. We cannot recommend him enough and look forward to working with him for any future mortgage needs!
