Tracey Azemika was our loan officer. She made every single set of securing our loan so smooth and took all the fear out that we had going into it. She was there every step of the way right up until closing, and even after to make sure we were doing alright. She is quick to respond to either text or call. She is the best at explaining what everything means and the purpose of everything each step of the way. 100% am going use her help again once we are ready to buy again or refinance. Strongly recommend.

"Best experience by far from any mortgage lender! Tracy Azemika ... went above and beyond to make sure I closed within 15 days (for my birthday). Not only did she make it happen but she was done in 9 days!! Had it not been for the holiday and the seller not being ready I would have had my keys in hand (start to finish) in 10 days flat!!

Tracy Azemika is the best of the best. This girl is on it. She answered any questions before even looking for a home, which was helpful in getting me prepared for the best interest rate possible. She educates you with a kind, yet matter of fact manner (which I appreciated). Tracy is quick with her responses. She will keep you posted every step of the way.
