Sunday is phenomenal! Hands down I believe she is the type of loan officer every person needs when buying their home whether it's their first or fifteenth. Suhay genuinely cares about her clients, she isn't just worried about whether she can get you a loan and make a bunch of money off of such a big life event for you. She cares about getting you the right loan, with the right terms at the right time and for the right home. Furthermore she cares if the decision you are making is one that is gonna make you the happiest person you can possibly be for several year's to come. She is so knowledgeable about what she does, she is on point and very responsive to her clients text or calls. She honestly never stops!!! This woman was up at midnight with me helping to make sure that I had everything I needed to have a smooth closing!! Not one single time did I ever feel alone in my journey. Everytime I spoke to a realtor I was so quickly overwhelmed at what they wanted just to discuss my options but when I walked into that open house back in October, I wasn't house hunting, I was just looking to have something to do that day and mostly just being nosy! I know I should be ashamed! I'm not this because I met these two ladies! From that moment on I felt more empowered than ever to buy my first home and on June 30, 2026 we closed on the home I had always wanted! Now you may think from October to June, that's a long time for it to take to get your home bought but I assure that was totally my indecisiveness, and a few thing that I needed to get straightened out, it had nothing to do with their capabilities yet they both stuck it out with me to the very end, they guided me every step of the way and I never once got a single hint that they were tired of working with and for me and my home.
