Hi, I’m Pollyanna “Polly”, a Senior Loan Originator with Barrett Financial Group. With more than 11 years in mortgage lending and a background in real estate, I help people understand their options and feel confident about their home financing decisions.

My approach is simple: listen first, explain clearly, and follow through. Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, building, or growing an investment portfolio, I take the time to understand what matters to you. You can count on honest answers, practical guidance, and someone who stays involved from our first conversation through closing.

I also hold the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist–Divorce designation, which helps me support clients navigating the financing considerations that come with divorce. My experience life experiences have strengthened my ability to listen with empathy, handle sensitive situations, and help people work through important decisions.

Born in Massachusetts, raised partly in Ohio, and an Arizona resident for nearly three decades, I come from a family with roots in the Azores, Portugal. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, lake days, traveling, and baking—plus plenty of cheering from the volleyball sidelines for my daughter.
