Paul is absolutely fantastic. He helped my partner and I with our first home in December 2022 and made the difficult process feel so much easier. He took the time to explain every single thing to us so we knew what was going on and when, and in a way that didn't make us feel silly or stupid for not knowing. He worked overtime to make us feel secure and always made himself available if we needed help or even just reassurance. We were and are still so happy to have Paul on our side!
