Her good relationship with the lender helped very much. It was a pleasure working with her. She was always pleasant and even keeled - even at the end where urgency and pressure was high. She is an expert in what she does. I've dealt with many mortgage professionals over the years and she works at a Tier 1 level. And yet, she is very friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. She didn't give up because the transaction was hard. I have had a number of mortgage brokers do that - if it's not easy and requires time and effort, they are gone. Doing transactions in California are tough and complicated. She came through for me and did so pleasantly and with grace. I very much appreciated here involvement on this transaction.
