Matt was great to work with throughout the entire loan process. Everything went smoothly, we never ran into any issues, and he always kept us informed and explained things along the way. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process much less stressful. It was also great having Matt and JR working together since they already have a strong working relationship and communicate well. As a fellow Navy veteran, Matt was easy to relate to and made everything feel straightforward from start to finish.
