I would highly recommend Kasun. I am a first time homebuyer and every single person I talked to told me I couldn’t get a house with the money that I made and the amount of debt income ratio that I had. However, Kasun and his wonderful partner Theresa Were able to get me into my brand new house for the best possible mortgage per month. I will forever be grateful that I had meant them and was able to get my first house with them. It is crazy how much that I pay for a month which is what some people pay for their mortgage plus some.
