• As first time homebuyers, a lot of people told us this would be the most stressful decision you ever make. Not with Jeremy though. He came recommended to us by our realtor and we are forever grateful that she sent him our way! We heard horror stories about how many loan officers would do whatever it took to get you to agree to a deal that most benefited them. Jeremy laid out everything in great detail and presented every option possible for us to choose from. Not only that, after we chose what we felt would work best for our situation, he later then worked a deal to get us a rate better than we could've hoped for!! You could tell how much effort he put into making sure he secured the best numbers possible for us, and we're so grateful for that. We had shopped with 4-5 other lenders and none of them could come even close to what Jeremy was getting us. I don't know what connections he has, but he made sure to use them to get us a rate we couldn't say no to! Most importantly, it was clear there were no stupid questions with him. Buying a home for the first time was confusing and overwhelming, but he kept us involved every step of the way. Never once did we have to reach out and ask what was going on. We always had updates waiting for us before we even thought to ask about them, and he made sure we always knew what was coming next. We used a VA loan to purchase our home, and Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the ins-and-outs of maximizing every VA benefit possible. He used everything he knew to secure us an even greater opportunity than we had hoped for, while showing us other VA loan benefits we didn't even realize were a thing. My husband and I both said at the end of this process that we were sad it was over. We enjoyed our experience with Jeremy so much that it felt like saying goodbye to a friend.
