It took us quite a while to find a place, with a few bids not being accepted -- and she patiently kept our pre-approval current. Once we found our home and had our bid accepted, the process got even more complicated as we were trying to sell our old home on the same day we purchased the new one, but we weren't sure that would work out. So, Ellie and her team wound up setting up three different mortgages for us depending on different eventualities. She even called while she was on vacation with her family to make sure everything was going to work out. In the, end the stars aligned, and Ellie helped us get a great rate with relatively low stress. Our current business with her was initiated by an email she sent to check in about the purchase of our last home, right when we started looking for a new place. Just goes to show that she means it when she says that closing doesn't end the relationship. In short, I could not recommend her and her team more highly.
