About David
Buying a home, refinancing, or building - it is one of the largest financial decisions most people make, and the person handling your loan makes a real difference to how it goes.
Rates and loan programs change constantly. My job is to know what is available today, explain what it means for your situation in plain language, and get you a straight answer quickly.
Have a look at the loan programs and calculators on this site. When you are ready, start an application or send me a message and we will talk it through first - either way, you will hear back from me.

Michael P. Our realtor connected us with David Scafani with Barret Financial to get our mortgage and we are giving him 5+ starts for the work he does. At first, we were overwhelmed with the loan application process, and David was quick at explaining important aspects of the process in simple terms that put us at ease. He made us feel relaxed and even to think that he makes things magically happened. We appreciated his professionalism, his patience and calm demeanor and his expertise. We highly recommend David and Barrett Financial Group to get your mortgage loan if you are looking to purchase a home.
