I finally have a home to call my own thanks to Dennis Toney at Barrett financial! I didn't even think I could get a home but I gave it one last try and worked with Dennis. Dennis walked me through whole process. I didn't know anything to expect but he explained things very well and let me know what was going to happen in the future as well so there would be no surprises. I really don't believe I should have been able to get a loan because of our credit ( we have been denied twice before) but somehow Dennis got us the loan! It is always easy to reach Dennis, if it was after hours I would text him and he text me right back every time. We had some difficulties because of something that went on with the underwriter was taking a little longer than we hoped for but while that was going on he made sure to keep in touch with me and assured me everything was going to be okay because I was quite nervous. Sometimes I didn't quite understand what was going on but he would take the time to explain every little thing I was confused about. Dennis is very caring! He made it obvious he cared about whether or not we got this home! Truly cannot leave him a good enough review for what he's done for us! He managed to go out of his way and make it so that we didn't have to pay anything at closing, even got money back! He knew we were very worried about trying to have the money for closing. He managed to work it all out for us!! He also set us up with a great realtor. Thank you Dennis, from the bottom of my heart thank you for everything you've done for us! You made a difference in our lives. You won't be soon forgotten. If I ever decide to do it again this is the man I will be getting in touch with!
