I'm Andrew Zavage, and I'm both a REALTOR and Mortgage Loan Originator. I first got into this business in 2019 when my wife and I relocated across the country from Pennsylvania to Arizona. I had a solid job but wasn't permitted to work remotely full-time. If only that had happened during COVID...

It seemed like a good time to switch careers and take the plunge. I had been buying some rental properties and really enjoyed the industry as both a vehicle to build wealth but also to help people accomplish their goals. So, I went through my licensing education, took my exam, and was immediately an amazing professional. Just kidding.

What followed was a lot of driving, a lot of networking, failing, and learning.

It's through all of this challenge that I've become a better realty and mortgage professional, and one who thrives on making deals happen for my clients. I minimize the number of hands that my files pass through because I'm a believer that if you want something done right, "do it yourself".

I do all my own processing and I don't charge application fees or up-front deposits.

As a result, I've originated millions of dollars in primary residence and rental property funding. I'd be thrilled to study your goals and determine how I can best serve your needs.
