Blake was great to work with and I couldn’t have been more pleased with his service.

He diligently answered my questions, of which there were a lot, or sought out answers to make sure I understood every step of the loan process.

Blake also saved me a significant amount of cost over the life of my loan by keeping me up to date on rates as I approached closing and advised me of the risks of waiting vs locking in my rate in advance. Ultimately, I was able to lock in my rate at the floor (comparing to the year prior) and avoid an almost full percentage increase less than a week later.

refi......can be a scary experience for someone who hasn't done one. All the numbers and rules and questions and requirements; could have been overwhelming with a different loan officer. I hate writing reviews, but I promised Brian that I would write a review if he could close the loan on time and for the rate he quoted me. Not only did it close on time as promised, but he also locked my loan even lower than the initial quote without charging me buy-down points.
