“A few days ago, we got on our knees and asked God that if it was His will, please let this deal go through. We got married and started over later in life. We have been looking to purchase a home in Parowan. Watching Zillow for years without any luck. We had specific criteria my wife and I both wanted in a house. On one random Sunday we found the perfect home. We knew we had to act fast. Problem was it was Sunday and who could we call to get a pre-qualification letter so we could make the offer? We had to act fast because we knew this house would get multiple offers. Our agent Vicki said she had just the guy and company.
