I give this guy 5 stars if I could give ten stars I definitely would. Rick made buying our first home easy he worked with us every step of the process. He was so kind and explained everything. We are very pleased with how much Rick and his team genuinely care. He is even kind enough to keep in contact after the loan was finalized. If your looking to buy call Rick he will go above and beyond .

We have been looking to purchase a home in Parowan. Watching Zillow for years without any luck. We had specific criteria my wife and I both wanted in a house. On one random Sunday we found the perfect home. We knew we had to act fast. Problem was it was Sunday and who could we call to get a pre-qualification letter so we could make the offer? We had to act fast because we knew this house would get multiple offers. Our agent Vicki said she had just the guy and company. So on a Sunday Mark Gibson picked up the phone and had us a pre-qualification letter almost immediately. Besides our agent, Mark was the main reason we were able to purchase this house. He was always quick to respond and handled everything flawlessly. I would highly recommend using this company especially Mark Gibson.
