Stephanie and her team were very communicative and detailed so I knew exactly what to submit and when to submit by. Due to their detailed effort I was able to provide all my documents early and have them submitted at the earliest possible date which in turn allowed me to just prep for our move. Its a stressful time buying a home and with Stephanie and her teams emphasis on details I was able to be less stressed on whether I had all the right documents or if I missed any detail.
