Sal was awesome. From day one, he was always available when I had a question or an issue. Even when my loan was out of his hands and into another department, he still answered calls and helped me find progress on my loan. When my loan was not moving as fast as I hoped, you could tell he really took this to heart...he began reaching out to people and updating me on what he could find out. If I look for another refi or purchase in the future, Sal will be my first phone call.

Sal came to us through the far-fetched channel of a telemarketing call that I actually answered. Sal stayed on the phone with us for nearly two hours and was informative but also tailored a plan that fit our needs.
