He was able to get me a competitive rate, something my previous bank wasn't as proactive about. Plus Mutual of Omaha had a lot of automation that made everything work.

Jeff made my home buying experience a very good one. After I closed on my house, he asked me if I was excited. I didn't really show much emotion. I lost my father last year and it was tough for me not have my father around to be with me thru this big achievement/ purchase.
