Skills

  1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  2. Strong understanding of basic accounting/math skills
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Experience

2+ years of experience in an office/administrative setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process semi-monthly Payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and distribute payroll breakdowns for Loan Officer’s Commissions
  • Ensure the Broker’s Compliance needs are met per Loan File within our internal system
  • Assist with audits and reports as needed
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless payroll processes for employees
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to the company’s employees regarding Payroll Inquiries
