Barrett Financial Group is hiring a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Gilbert, AZ! This is a full-time, in-office position. Submit a resume to be considered.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
-Strong understanding of basic accounting/math skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-2+ years of experience in an office/administrative setting preferred
-Process bi-monthly Payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
-Prepare and distribute payroll breakdowns for Loan Officer’s Commissions
-Ensure the Broker’s Compliance needs are met per Loan File within our internal system
-Assist with audits and reports as needed
-Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless payroll processes for employees
-Provide exceptional Customer Service to the company’s employees regarding Payroll Inquiries
