The Payroll Check Clerk will be responsible for preparing and processing commission checks in an accurate and timely manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Pay Rate - $18 an hour
Work Days: Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (full time on-site)
Strong numerical and data entry skills with high accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
No experience required
Accurately organize and label commission checks.
Verify employer information and payment details to ensure accuracy.
Maintain a clear filing and tracking system for issued checks.
Ensure timely preparation and handling of commission checks according to company schedules.
Communicate with management and staff regarding check distribution status.
Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of all payroll and commission records.
Support the payroll team with clerical tasks and recordkeeping as needed.
