Barrett Financial Group is hiring experienced mortgage loan processors to join our mortgage brokerage at our headquarters in Chandler, AZ! This is a full-time, in-office position.



Skills

  • A clear understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
  • Knowledge of mortgage products
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn computer programs quickly

 

Experience

  • 2 years of mortgage broker processing experience

Responsibilities

  • Gather information needed from applicants to file for the loan approval
  • Gather and input information from applicants
  • Verify applications, income, and employment
  • Order property documents such as appraisals and signed contracts
  • Constantly communicate with loan officers, management, and underwriters
  • Manage a pipeline of 20+ files
  • Utilize multiple lender sites and systems to process the loans
  • Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
