About the Role

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in welcoming and supporting new team members, especially Loan Officers, as they join our company. This position focuses on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience by setting up marketing assets, providing personalized materials, and coordinating welcome initiatives

What You’ll Do

• Create tailored marketing materials for new hires using our existing template library.
• Set up and customize new hire landing pages, and troubleshoot any related issues.
• Design and distribute custom email signatures and social media branding packages.
• Prepare and send welcome packages to new team members.
• Assist with office-related marketing tasks, including assembling swag bags for new hires and supporting team events or initiatives.

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic design or Canva experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects at once.
• A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for creating a positive new hire experience.
