The Marketing Specialist supports the marketing department with photo, video, and general creative projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, editing short videos, and helping with day-to-day marketing tasks in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Capture and edit short videos for internal use across departments.
• Take headshots for Arizona team members and help organize media shoots
• Record and edit event videos to highlight company culture and brand awareness.
• Assist with creating flyers, social media graphics, and basic marketing materials.
• Help with general office marketing tasks such as setting up for events, organizing content, and supporting team projects.

What You Bring

• Basic experience with video recording and editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Comfortable taking photos and light editing
• Creative eye and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
