This is an in-person position

Skills

  • Proficiency with Canva, all social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and attention to detail

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team


Experience

  • Prior marketing experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Video creation/editing experience strongly preferred


Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials for loan officers such as flyers, social media posts, slide decks, email signatures, landing pages, team logos, business cards, etc.

  • Create and edit engaging video content for social media, events, and internal company use

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and company guidelines

  • Monitor social media accounts for compliance

  • Assist in event planning and coordination to promote brand awareness and engagement

  • Contribute to creating and fostering a positive company culture through office events and initiatives
