for loan officers seeking assistance through The HUB email. This role ensures
timely, accurate, and professional support for operational, systems, and
process-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented,
resourceful, and passionate about providing exceptional internal customer service.
What You’ll Do

Operational processes

Submitting loans to the LOA team

Disclosures, ARRIVE setup, and government
program requests (by routing to the correct department)

Generate troubleshooting for internal systems
and workflows
