The Loan Officer Assistant serves as first point of contact for loan officers seeking assistance through The HUB email. This role ensures timely, accurate, and professional support for operational, systems, and process-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail- oriented, resourceful, and passionate about providing exceptional internal customer service. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and respond to loan officer inquiries submitted to The HUB email inbox.
  • Provide accurate answers and guidance related to:

-          Operational processes

-          Submitting loans to the LOA team

-          Disclosures, ARRIVE setup, and government program requests (by routing to the correct department)

-          Generate troubleshooting for internal systems and workflows 

What You Bring

  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping people
  • Must be a licensed Loan Officer

  • Must be familiar with Google Workspace and MS Office
  • Clear and friendly communication skills with both internal teams and clients
