About the Role

The Junior Loan Processor plays an important part in our in-house processing team and helps keep our loan pipeline moving smoothly. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn the mortgage industry and grow their career. You’ll support our processors and loan officers by helping ensure files are organized, accurate, and complete while learning the processing workflow from one of the top mortgage brokerages in the nation.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist processors with documentation, verification, and file preparation

  • Review and organize loan files to ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Communicate with loan officers, clients, and third parties to gather required information

  • Help ensure files meet company, lender, and compliance requirements

  • Support the processing team in improving turnaround times and maintaining an efficient workflow
