Barrett Financial Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Chandler, AZ! This is a full-time, in-office position. 


This isn’t your typical data entry job — you’ll use innovative AI tools to simplify repetitive tasks and improve precision. As part of our commitment to accuracy and efficiency, this role leverages AI-supported systems for data validation and entry. All AI usage complies with our strict data privacy and security policies.


Mon - Fri 8 am to 4:30 pm


Pay Rate: $18 an hour



Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel

Strong understanding of basic accounting/math skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  1. Support the payroll department with data entry
  2. Ensure the Broker’s payroll Compliance needs are met per Loan File within our internal system
  3. Assist with audits and reports as needed
