Job Title: Customer Resolution Specialist
Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $20- 22/hour

The Customer Resolution Specialist plays a key role in supporting our client experience by managing and resolving incoming complaints related to loan officers and the overall loan process. This role ensures concerns are handled promptly, professionally, and with a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-oriented, and committed to maintaining a positive experience for every client.

 

What You’ll Do

·         Receive, track, and manage incoming customer complaints across multiple channels

·         Investigate complaints by gathering information from loan officers, clients, and internal systems

·         Maintain detailed and accurate records of all complaints and resolutions

·         Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to resolve concerns

·         Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to ensure proper follow-up and accountability

·         Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate insights to leadership

·         Ensure all resolutions align with company policies and compliance standards
