I hate writing reviews, but I promised Brian that I would write a review if he could close the loan on time and for the rate he quoted me. This isn't my first home purchase, so I was very skeptical when he said he could get mine closed in 2 weeks. Never mind, the rate he quoted me was way lower than anyone else. Not only did it close on time as promised, but he also locked my loan even lower than the initial quote without charging me buy-down points. I am happy to write this review and will be referring my friends and family to him for all home loan needs. Brian, Thanks for always answering your phone when I called or texted.

Brian was referred to us by our realtor when I mentioned I was unhappy with my current lender and their interest rates. I am so happy that she put us in touch because he was able to start on our loan right away without missing a beat. We closed the loan on time, and he saved us more than 1% compared to the other lender we had.

I was working with another lender at first but was not getting my questions answered, and I always felt like they were going back on what they originally said. Brian was very transparent about his process and pricing and even taught me how to save money on the VA funding fee. I felt he was someone we could trust when we asked about the entire home-buying process, and I felt he was looking out for our best interests. We fully intend to use him again in the future for refinancing or buying another home.

I've known Brian for many years before applying for a home loan, and I always knew he had a good dose of integrity, but I didn't know how good he was at his job. Not only did he handle my loan with ease, but he also assisted me and the seller with our many questions because we didn't have a realtor involved in the transaction. I'm convinced I would've needed a Realtor if I used any other lender.
