Zach was really easy to work with because he was always quick to respond at any time of day and he made me feel like a friend instead of just a client. He helped me with 2 different mortgages and within a couple of days, all the paperwork was completed and filed. I really appreciate that even today, he still contacts me to see if I need anything or lets me know about the market and any changes that may benefit me. Where do I start...from beginning to end Zach worked diligently to ensure our closing date remained the same...oh and not to mention he only had a week to make this happen. After working with a previous lender and getting poor response times and subpar customers service to say the least...they were horrible! We were already approved but evidently they did not value their customers! Zach picked up the ball and took off...he was amazing! He walked us through the process every step of the way...it was crunch time and he definitely rose to the occasion. Zach kept in constant contact with us even in the late night hours...he put burning the midnight oil to a whole new level! His work ethic speakes volumes! When we were loosing hope on whether things would happen or not...he came through big time! I attribute this to God putting the right people in the right place...when one door closes God always opens another one...between our realtor Celeste and Zach, we couldn't have done this...they made things happen...they both husselled! Wow where do I start ? My husband and I went on the journey of preparing ourselves to purchase a home . Zach and his partner were by our side from beginning to end . We saved more than enough money per Zach expertise for approximately 6 month and worked on our credit to put us in a better position to purchase. Zach Salzman is a fantastic Mortgage Broker and helped me to get the best deal out there. Zach was able to knock off almost a whole percent off of our interest rate saving myself hundreds on my mortgage. He is very knowledgeable on all of the plans and programs from VA loans. In this crazy market, Zach was great at laying out and explaining our different options for financing. We found a house we thought would be just out of reach but he was able to help us buy down our rate and make it all possible. Zach is THE MAN!!! Down to earth, he’s in your corner, he’s REAL, pulls no punches and tells it like it is. I actually called Team PMC a few months before refinancing due to a flyer I received. I asked a few basic questions, including about the competition and their rates which seemed better. I actually spoke to Zach at that time and, of course, he told it like it was, explaining why the better rates actually weren’t better, especially with a VA loan refinance. A few months later, I was back on the phone with him. I just really appreciated the honest information he gave me, it stuck with me! All I can do is recommend spending some time talking with him. You might as well get as much information from him – and other sources – before taking the very serious plunge of financing/refinancing. Even if you don’t use Team PMC, I promise you that you won’t regret speaking and learning from them. Zach was in constant communication with me throughout the loan process, I never felt pressured or concerned if I was making the right decision. Do it right, at least give a call to Zach, he’ll talk to you – I had other’s that wouldn’t give me the time of day because they seemed to want me to commit before giving out any information which automatically tells me I DON’T want to give them my business!

We have had numerous home loans / refinances over the past 25 years and dealing with Team PMC was by far the best and easiest experience. I can not give enough praise for the honesty, knowledge and expertise Zach provided.
