At least one borrower must be one of the following:

  • MD (Doctor of Medicine)
  • DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
  • DDS / DMD (Dentists)
  • PharmD (Pharmacists)
  • DVM / VMD (Veterinarians)
  • DPM (Podiatrists)
  • CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
  • Medical Residents & Fellows (with one of the above degrees)

Must have an active employment contract (or verified acceptance).
The medical professional must contribute at least 50% of total qualifying income

Once the form is submitted, you can expect loan and program options in as quick as 1-2 hours. Once under contract on a home using the program, we average 12 day closing. We pride ourselves in moving quick and efficient. 

This program is especially strong for newer doctors:

  • Employment contracts can be used (start date within 150 days).
  • Residents and fellows may qualify based on current income.
  • Student loans in deferment/forbearance may be excluded from DTI if the borrower is in residency or fellowship (per guidelines).
