Most cash-out refinance programs require sufficient equity remaining after the refinance. The exact amount depends on loan type, occupancy, and lender guidelines.

FHA Cash out -    Can borrow up to 80% of the homes value

Conventional -     Primary - Can borrower up to 80% - Investment/Second Home - Up to 70% of the homes value.

VA - Up to 100% of the homes value

USDA - Not Available
