I recently bought a new home and had my first experience with Matt, who came highly recommended from a friend of mine. Simply put...Matt was tremendous. I have gone through other home purchases and done two refi's. The experience with Matt was by far the best I have ever had. Not only was Matt extremely knowledgeable, but he was consistently communicative and went out of his way to find me the best deal I could get. I am a very analytical person and a tough customer to satisfy because of it, but Matt continued to deliver the answers to my questions and deliver the analysis I needed multiple times to help me make the best decision possible. The home I just bought was a new build that had a moving target for close date and was 9 months past the original projected close date. All of this occurred in 2022 when rates were volatile and going up weekly. Matt continued to provide me options and recommendations which ultimately ended in me getting the best possible rate at the time of closing. I closed with a 5.375% rate when people couldn't find rates under 6%...all because of Matt's knowledge and expertise which empowered me to lock my rate at the right time with the right lender...not to mention, Matt saved me over $10k when compared to a different lender I was working with prior to being introduced to him.
