Our loan officer: Julianne Marie Poindexter, Julie, was wonderful and so far beyond what my wife and I have been accustomed to that we're nearly speechless. Not only was she exceptionally competent and knowledgeable, but ridiculously prompt in responding to our questions, polite, friendly and kind. Buying a house is typically a harrowing experience. Few people are at ease borrowing and spending this amount of money, my wife and I certainly are not, but Julie put us at ease during our first meeting and was with with us every step of the way. Her team was a reflection of her; Julie Flather and Jim Weikel were also great. This was far and away our best purchase experience. Thanks!

How many ways can I compliment Julianne and her team? I worked with Julianne in the past so I knew she had a tremendous work ethic. My realtor even commented on how smoothly this transaction was with this lender. Julianne and LaToya were prompt in responding to questions and keeping us updated. There was a complex issue for the HOA and a lot of additional paperwork was needed but Julianne and LaToya took care of it and I was surprised at what little they needed from me after providing the initial documents. We made an offer over a holiday weekend and so the contract took a few extra days to get to Julianne but we still managed to close 4 days early. I will definitely be using Jules for future real estate endeavors.

This is the second time I have used Julie. Other than the fact that their rates are very competitive, the primary reason I went with them a second time was because of Julianne Poindexter. She handled my first loan and was the first person I called when I needed another loan. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but the greatest thing about her (and her team) is how responsive she is. If she doesn't answer my calls the first time she gets back to me right away. There is no waiting around. She goes out of her way to make sure I am satisfied and always takes the time to explain to me what is going on when I have a question. If/when I need another loan I will definitely be calling her again. I highly recommend her.
