Joseph is very friendly and understanding compare to some of the other lenders I have talked to. I'm not a guy with the best credit score, others turned me down. Joseph pulled my credit and told me it's a little on the low side, but not to worry. Joseph asked me what I had, and we where able to come up with a pre-approval. Once I was pre-approved Joseph and his team was very helpful and kind with making sure we had everything in order. If there was something that I didn't understand he took the time to explain what it was and how it worked. Joseph even took the time to make some phone calls to get a document that I was have some trouble getting for him. Joseph went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend him too anybody who is looking to get a mortgage.
