Freddy was amazing in keeping the Buyers informed of their loan process. They mentioned to me they liked seeing the percent of completion along the way. On my end I can say that Freddy was always available to answer any questions I had. Also he took the extra step to call the listing Agent to introduce himself and offer a direct line to contact him along the process. Needless to say the Listing Agent was also very impressed! I highly recommend Freddy!

I found Freddy's information from an online source that recommended him. Frankly i liked the name and took a chance. He was immediately helpful. Worked around my schedule, kept constant communication with me, answered all my questions big or small. Freddy was able to get my mother and I in a home when another lender told us that they couldn’t. We thought we weren’t going to get into our home, however Freddy was able to close the deal in 17 days when we thought we needed 30. We were shocked at the fact that he actually got it done.
