Marketing Assistant (Gilbert)

We are looking for an entry-level Marketing Assistant to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an essential part of the development and execution of increasing brand awareness and product promotion.

Skills & Experience

Skills

  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business, Youtube, and Pinterest
  • Solid computer skills
  • Basic graphic design knowledge
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills

Experience

  • 1 year of prior marketing experience or relevant course work desired

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in corporate marketing efforts (social media content, website management, online reviews, digital ads, print advertising, recruiting, etc)
  • Help employees in their individual marketing efforts (email signatures, flyers, business cards, social media assistance, promotional items, etc)
  • Check employee marketing materials for compliance requirements
  • Plan and execute corporate parties, meetings, and charity events
  • Undertake individual tasks of marketing as assigned
